ROCKY MOUNTAINAUTO CREDIT Back to website

1. Who is responsible

Rocky Mountain Auto Credit (RMAC) is operated by Joyride Financial Inc. You can direct questions about this website’s collection and use of personal information to our privacy contact:

2. Information in a vehicle enquiry

The application asks for your name, email, phone number, city, province or territory, postal code, vehicle preference, purchase priorities and timeline. It also asks for employment status, monthly income, and, when applicable, employer or business name, occupation and time in your current work.

Street address, preferred contact method, employer phone, additional income and its source, and a referrer’s name or email are optional. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to submit this form. If you prefer to discuss what information is needed first, contact Auto@JoyrideFinancial.ca.

We use these details to understand your vehicle needs and circumstances, review your enquiry, assign it to our team, and respond using the contact details you provide. Do not include a Social Insurance Number, banking details, passwords, identification documents or paystubs in any field. This form does not request or upload those items.

3. Referrals and your friend’s privacy

The referral form collects your own name, email and phone number, and your friend’s name to help identify the introduction. You must have your friend’s permission before sharing their name. Do not submit their phone number, email, employment, income or other financial information.

Your friend should contact RMAC or apply directly and identify you as the referrer. We use the registration to match the referral and administer the program under the published Referral Terms. Registering a referral does not guarantee a payment.

If you identify a referrer in your own application, RMAC may confirm with that person whether the referral qualifies for a reward. We do not need to share your income, employer details, credit information or financing terms with them to administer a referral.

4. Where the information goes

Submitted details are stored in RMAC’s HighLevel / LeadConnector customer management system and made available to the staff handling your enquiry or referral. The website uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and Cloudflare services to receive submissions and keep a record of processing and consent.

Optional website chat. Website chat is provided through HighLevel / LeadConnector. If you use chat, RMAC receives your messages and the contact details you supply so our team can respond to your enquiry.

The website’s submission record contains a reference, processing status, timestamps, consent wording and version, referral permission where applicable, and links to the CRM records. The full application details are stored in the CRM rather than copied into that submission record.

Our service providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of other countries. To request our policies and practices concerning service providers outside Canada, including their collection, use, disclosure or storage of information on our behalf, contact our Privacy Contact using the details above.

Submitting this initial enquiry does not send an application to a lender. If you decide to proceed with a separate financing application, we will explain that next step and the applicable information sharing and authorization.

5. Your browser and technical information

Unsubmitted application entries remain in the current browser tab while you move between steps or close and reopen the form. Use Clear application details, reload the page, or close the tab to clear that application draft. A confirmed application clears the entered details from the form. Clearing a draft does not delete information already submitted to RMAC.

The form does not save your draft to browser local storage. The website also loads the HighLevel / LeadConnector chat widget described above. Hosting services may handle technical information, such as IP addresses, request logs and essential cookies, to operate and protect the site.

6. Keeping and protecting information

We limit our use of your information to the enquiry, referral, related administration, and applicable legal obligations. Information should be retained only as long as needed for those purposes and any required business or legal records. You may ask us to review what is held about you and whether it can be deleted.

Access is intended for authorized staff and the service providers supporting these functions. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the requested fields only, and ask our team for the appropriate process before sending documents or sensitive identifiers.

7. Your choices and requests

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, ask a question about its use, or withdraw consent for future use, subject to applicable legal and contractual restrictions. Contact the privacy contact above. We may need to verify your identity to protect your information. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing the enquiry or administering a referral, and does not undo processing already completed or records we are required to keep.

Consent to application or referral follow-up is separate from consent to promotional email or text messages. The checkboxes on these forms do not provide a general marketing opt-in.

8. Changes to this notice

The version and update date appear above. Each new submission records the version and consent wording presented with the form. If the purposes of collection materially change, we will explain those changes and obtain any further consent required.
